The house is located in Mastrinka on the island of Čiovo, about 3 km from Trogir. The island can only be reached by two bridges. One of them is located in the town of Trogir. Second one is 2 km closer in the direction of Split. The house is located 200 -250 m from the sea on a steep hill, so it has a great view on the bay.

Čiovo, due to its geographical position, is an ideal starting point for one-day trips. National Park Krka (60km), Split (33 km) Međugorje (200 km)

The airport is just 3 km away from the island.

The average maximum temperature throughout four summer months is 30 degrees °C, and a minimum of 20 °C. During the coldest months the temperature is often above 15 °C.
